The Talent Spirit organized events for the Marketing and Communications department and to the Technical and IT departments, using “Future Search” and “Appreciative Inquiry” techniques that have helped build team confidence and cohesion when fundamental management and cultural changes were introduced within the IEC.
In addition, Kate LINDLEY has acted as an executive coach to several line managers, helping them to evolve in their positions to improve personal effectiveness and empower their teams.
