In March 2000 the company decided to roll out an Interviewing Skills course for HR specialists and line managers involved in the selection of graduate students. The course was aimed at improving internal selection decisions and the professional image of the company in Swiss universities. The two day course developed in German and French included interview practice with graduate candidates.

The HR Clinic
A workshop for People Managers
This one-day workshop was designed together with Karin Priarollo, Head of HR, NCH Nyon, to sharpen Line Managers' skills in people management and development. In a fast-paced, interactive workshop the participants work through 6 real-life case studies, reflect and exchange their experience with their peers and HR experts to address the issues and define best practice.
