Kate Lindley

|
Kate Lindley Scheidegger, the co-founder of the Training Spirit, started delivering training courses in 1980 in her role as Training Manager of the Geneva Noga Hilton.
A British and Swiss national, Kate speaks English, French and Swiss-German. She left the hotel industry in 1987 to work for the high-tech industry where she designed and delivered a high volume of courses, workshops and assessment centres. Since 1994, Kate has been working with a wide range of customers in different industries to develop specific training courses and programs. She is a specialist in recruitment techniques and competency management.
Kate is a graduate of the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, she holds a Bachelor (Honours )and a MSc in psychology. She is a qualified NLP practitioner and coach. KLI@TheTrainingSpirit.com

Jean-Luc Scheidegger

Jean-Luc Scheidegger, the co-founder of the Training Spirit, is in charge of marketing and administration.

Pascale Tilmant

|
French-Swiss, Pascale Tilmant has more than 15 years of management experience in Switzerland, in the banking industry as investment strategy manager, in HR as training coordinator and internal communication manager, and in communications (economic news reporter, journalist), as well as in France where she intervenes as Communication officer in different organizational environments (Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, Political environment working for a senator and a mayor). Pascale has a Master from the University of Geneva in Political Sciences, major in International Relations, and has a French Master of advanced studies (DESU) from the University of Paris 8 in Human Resources and Coaching. She is certified in NLP at practitioner level, coaching, professional training (EduQua), sophro-relaxology, transgenerational analysis. She is a member of the Swiss Romande Coaching association (SR Coach), and the European Coaching Association (AEC) in Paris. She does business and life coaching.

Chantal Marino

Chantal Marino has over 20 years experience in managing Human Resources Management projects and the development of program's, tools and approaches in the fields of competencies, motivation, work organisation and recruitment.
Chantal holds a research degree in Psychology and Educational Science in the area of adult career orientation and guidance, and specialises in individual career counselling, using her own toolkit. Françoise Zimmermann

|
Françoise Zimmermann's career as an actress has taken her on stage and on screen in a variety of performances, plays, improvisations, to the creation of her own theatrical company, Les Grandes Fragiles. Alongside her stage career Françoise ran theater workshops for adults who were interested in using theatrical skills for their personal and professional development.
In 1996 Françoise started training Presentation Skills together with Kate , focusing on the communicative aspect of both verbal and nonverbal theatrical skills: voice, gestures, assertiveness. Her modules allow participants to improve their on-stage presence, to control their stress, to know their strengths and weaknesses in front of an audience, so that they give a dynamic and interesting presentation.
Françoise holds a B.A. in Drama from the University of Exeter, England. She works in both French and English. She has also worked on nonverbal behavior with German and Japanese participants. INFO@TheTrainingSpirit.com

Anne Bethmann-Moity has a broad range of experience in Human Resources, Coaching, Training and Executive Recruitment. With more than 12 years practice in working in a multinational company and 14 years working and living overseas, she has the ability to be at ease at all organisational levels in a multi-cultural business environment.
Anne assists business people expand their performance by working with them on their most excellent attitudes, skills and behaviors.
She delivers workshops internationally on Coaching Skills, Interviewing & Selection and Training Skills and conducts sessions in business and personal coaching.
